Docudays UA International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival (docudays.ua) is a regular event with the annual 20K attendance in Kyiv and 100K in the regions of Ukraine. Member of the IHRFN and DAE. The Docudays UA usually comprises the Competition Programme (DOCU/WORLD, DOCU/SHORT, DOCU/UKRAINE, RIGHTS NOW!), Non-Competition Programme, and DOCU/PRO Industry Platform. The 19th Docudays UA will take place on 25 March - 3 April, 2022.

KYIV CRITICS’ WEEK is an international film festival created to introduce Ukrainian viewers to the best new films selected by professional Ukrainian film critics. After each screening, the audience will have a discussion with a film critic. The festival program includes films from the line-ups of this year’s major world film festivals at International program, as well as films that have had a significant impact on the history of cinema or are dedicated to prominent figures of cinema ar Retrospective program. The festival takes place at the end of October.

LISFF Wiz-Art is an annual international film fesival which takes place in Lviv, Ukraine at the end of July. The festival was started by art formation Wiz-Art, which was founded in 2008. The festival shows more than 150 brand new short films every year. Wiz-Art art formation is a powerful cultural and educational platform that unites Ukrainian and foreign filmmakers and introduces them to the Ukrainian audience.

Molodist is one of the biggest specialized cinema events in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, according to FIAPF. The festival was founded in 1970. The main objective is the promotion of emerging professional filmmakers. Competition program represents professional and amateur movies of debutants - with three sections comprising student shorts, first short films (fiction, animation, documentary) and first features. It has parallel competitions and a large non-competition selection. Tom Tykwer, Francois Ozon, Stephen Daldry are among the most famous names who debuted on Molodist.
